ClubZ! Sponsors 1-Mile Kids' Fun Run
at Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary's Run for the Reef


Join ClubZ! and 100s of others on Saturday, October 16, at 7:30 for the 2nd annual Run for the Reef. The  1-Mile Kids' Fun Run starts at 8:30 at the Park Nature Trail.

To register, go to active.com or download the registration form from www.navarrebeachmarinesanctuary.com. Drop it off with your registration fee check to the locations listed on the site.

The proceeds will benefit the Navrre Beach Marine Sanctuary - snorkeling and diving reefs.

We've Gone Digital!

ClubZ! Expands Presence in Milton/Pace

ClubZ! is ramped up and ready to provide summer tutoring to the students in Pace and Milton this summer.

Earlier this year, the 4-year-old company moved its main office to Milton for bookkeeping and back office functions. It still retains a satellite office in Navarre.

The tutoring company offers 1-on-1 tutoring in home for all ages - preKindergarten to Adult - throughout the summer. Highly qualified tutors for all subjects, including reading comprehension, math and writing, are available.


Gulf Breeze Appreciates Its Teachers

    Everyone who smelled the aroma of BBQ wafting from BBQ smoker in the middle of the parking lot of Gulf Breeze Middle School on Monday, April 4, knew something special was up.
    Thanks to the efforts of Tom Naile, education committee chairperson for the Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce, the Optimist Club and its super BBQ master, a throng of Optimist Club and Gulf Breeze Chamber members served BBQ lunches to the teachers of Gulf Breeze area schools during their work day.
    ClubZ! joined in, helping to fund the massive feast, and Sandy Sutton, CZ president, manned the serving line at Gulf Breeze High School (she served the macaroni salad).












Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce Education Committee honors Teachers of the Year

January 13, 2010 -- Members of the Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, including ClubZ's Sandy Sutton, gathered at Gulf Breeze High School today to honor the Teachers of the Year from the 5 Gulf Breeze area schools.

Congratulations to Edward Pate, Gulf Breeze High School; Heather Barona, Gulf Breeze Middle School; Chloe Vignes, Gulf Breeze Elementary, Alicia Taylor, Oriole Beach Elementary, and Gina LaVere, Woodlawn Beach Middle School.

Also during the meeting, Superintendent Tim Wyrosdick introduced attendees on a new federal initiative, Race to the Top, and its potential impact on Florida schools.

FCAT Boot Camp about to launch

JANUARY 2010, MILTON - ClubZ! In-Home Tutoring of Northwest Florida is rolling out its FCAT review program, the FCAT Boot Camp.

Classes are available at the Santa Rosa Teacher & Craft Supply Store in Highway 98 in Navarre for math and language arts review for 3rd, 4th & 5th Graders.

CLUB Z! IN-HOME TUTORING OF SANTA ROSA JOINS FORCES WITH ESCAMBIA COUNTY'S CLUB Z!

October 30, 2009...Club Z!'s franchisee located in Santa Rosa County has purchased the assets of Pensacola's Club Z! franchisee, doubling its geographic reach and adding an all-star roster of tutors to its already stellar lineup.

Service will continue uninterrupted, and all tutors will remain the same as Escambia County clients are transferred to a new billing and customer service facility.


CLUB Z! SPONSORS OCTOBER CHAMBER BREAKFAST

October 28...Club Z! brought pencils, paper, rulers and flash card to the monthly Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce's Coffee and Commerce event as it co-sponsored the monthly event with Santa Rosa Teacher Supply and Craft Store. With the school supplies artfully crafted into table centerpieces, the two companies celebrated their commitment to education and the students of Santa Rosa County.


NOT A TUTOR...YET

September...Owner Sandy Sutton's chihuhua, Little Bit, starred in Northwest Florida Daily News' coverage of the recent Dog Daze charity event. While Little Bit isn't a tutor yet, she is working hard to receive her certification as a therapy and reading dog! 


AND THE WINNER IS...

May...Navarre High School was the site of the senior honors program, where parents and dignitaries and others gathered to salute and celebrate the achievements of Navarre's graduating seniors. Club Z!'s Sandy Sutton presented six $500 scholarship to six outstanding students on behalf of the Navarre Area Chamber of Commerce. "All of the applicants were outstanding students, both academically and personally. The scholarship committee thoroughly enjoyed reading the applications, and found the choices to be exceedingly difficult this year," she said.
