Club Z! Tutoring’s Online Platform Receives National Recognition
For 25 years Club Z! Tutoring has worked hard to create a brand that is synonymous with high quality educational services and fast results. This commitment to academic excellence has helped Club Z! to grow into one of the nation’s largest in-home tutoring companies with nearly 500 franchised locations throughout North America. In addition to its proven in-home tutoring model, Club Z! has also invested tremendous resources into building a proprietary and innovative technology platform to connect students and tutors with virtual one-on-one tutoring. This online tutoring platform provides students the ability to select a verified Club Z! online tutor and begin their tutoring session within a matter of minutes.
The Club Z! platform utilizes audio, video, and collaborative whiteboard technology to help students and tutors feel as if they are in the same room. Club Z! Tutoring prides itself on the fact that they are the first tutoring franchisor to build their own technology, to not only benefit students across the United States but also benefit their franchisees. Club Z! Tutoring franchisees can utilize the system to help local students with online instruction. By creating this online platform, Club Z! Tutoring has been able to capture a larger market of students seeking convenient and affordable instruction.
After launching this product roughly two years ago, the website has received high praise from not only the students and tutors utilizing the website, but also from national publications such as Good Housekeeping, Care.com, Financial Times , Edureviewer.com, and Technavio to name a few. These highly discerning publications have recognized Club Z! as a top provider of online tutoring, and a highly valuable resource to families whose students are experiencing learning losses in the wake of nationwide school closures due to COVID-19.
Mark Lucas, CEO and Founder of Club Z! Tutoring adds, “We are obviously very proud of the online tutoring platform we’ve built, and the positive feedback we receive from our students and their families is so gratifying. But to also receive such high marks from these major organizations is really a seal of approval for us. We are honored.”

No matter how you look at it, college is an expensive proposition these days. Both public and private colleges and universities have had to raise fees and tuition as costs have increased. As a result, college student debt has skyrocketed and many students end up with loan payments years, sometimes even decades, after graduation. But with some careful planning and creative thinking, there are lots of other ways to help pay for college and avoid being stuck with big loan payments after graduation. One final but important step in the college application process is to include an application for financial aid.
As parents, and grandparents for that matter, we consider it to be a bit of a rite of passage to tell our children just how easy they have it compared to what we went through at their age. File this under the “when I was your age, I had to walk 2 miles to school each day, uphill both ways” category.
For any parent of a college-bound student, SAT and ACT test scores are no doubt at the center of most dinner table discussions. While no one will argue that test scores alone are the deciding factor in college admissions, and many colleges are moving toward a test-optional admissions policy, strong scores on the SAT and or ACT can definitely help a student’s chance of gaining admission to his/her college of choice.
