    Exmedian

    Definition

An exmedian is a parallel to a side of a triangle through the opposite vertex. So in the above diagram, A_2^, A_3^, is the exmedian of side A_2 A_3, and so on. The pairwise intersections of the exmedians are called exmedian points, and the triangle Δ A_1^, A_2^, A_3^, determined by the exmedian points is called the anticomplementary triangle of Δ A_1 A_2 A_3.
