    Dissymmetric

    Definition

An object that is not superimposable on its mirror image is said to be dissymmetric. All asymmetric objects are dissymmetric, and an object with no improper rotation (rotoinversion) axis must also be dissymmetric. The opposite of dissymmetric is enantiomorphous.
