TERM:
The Term shall expire upon use of the initial hours purchased, unless Client elects to continue tutoring on an on-going basis. On-going tutoring sessions will automatically renew at the start of the calendar month unless notice is given by Client to Club Z! in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the previous calendar month.
REFERRALS:
Client shall receive a $50 credit towards future tutoring plus a $50 retail gift card for each new student referred by Client to Club Z! The referral fee will be credited to the Client, and the retail gift card issued to the Client, after the 1st paid session has been completed by the new student referred to Club Z!
SESSION CANCELLATION:
Club Z! requires a minimum of 3 hours’ notice, during normal business hours, to cancel a tutoring session. If proper notice is not received, Client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled session. Sessions that are canceled with proper notice will be rescheduled at a mutually-agreed upon date and time by Client and Club Z!
LATE POLICY:
Club Z! tutors will wait no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled session start time for Client to log into the virtual classroom. If Client does not log in within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session start time, Client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled session. If Client logs in within the 15 minute time period, tutoring will be performed for the remainder of the scheduled session. No proration for late sessions will be provided; however, Client can extend sessions at any time using the tools available in the virtual classroom.
REFUNDS:
Refunds for unused hours may be issued only if proper notice is given in advance to cancel tutoring. Please refer to “Session Cancellation” and “Term” above. Refunds will not be given for registration fees or material fees.
SOLICITATION OF CLUB Z! TUTORS:
Client is not allowed to solicit Club Z! tutors for work outside of Club Z! Any violations of this clause will result in a $1,000.00 administrative fee to be paid to Club Z! by Client. Club Z! tutors have agreed, in writing, that they are not allowed to accept direct employment or referrals from Club Z! Clients.
